FAQ 2514
I paid a deposit for my accommodation, am I due a refund?

A deposit of £300 is payable by all students at the time of accepting an offer of accommodation and before entering University accommodation. If you take up your tenancy, the accommodation deposit will be split and credited equally against your accommodation charges in terms 2 and 3.

You will be able to see this on your online statement.

Please log into iExeter, navigate to your 'Student Record System' tab and then to the 'Finance' tab where you will be able to see your online statement ('View my statement of account/sponsors") . This will list all payments and invoices on your student account.

If you wish to pay the whole year in advance, please remember to deduct the amount of your deposit from your total fees due.

If you have overpaid your accommodation please log an enquiry through the 'Credit on my account' category and request a refund.
