How do I report a fault in my residence, room or corridor?

You can report faults and maintenance requests through the Home at Halls app.
If something needs to be repaired or fixed or if you are concerned about pest infestation in your residence, please report this immediately by emailing the details to your residence reception, ideally including photos.
If it is an out of hours emergency, please contact Estate Patrol.
Cornwall Campus
Please contact the Halls Team.
You can also pop in to Glasney Lodge to speak to our friendly staff who are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If it is an out of hours emergency, please contact Night Services Team at Glasney Lodge on 01326 253503. The team will respond to noise complaints, behaviour or welfare issues.
