FAQ 2241
The Xerox is producing output in colour, and I only want black and white copies. How do I change this?

The Xeroxes are set to auto-detect colour on your original, and produce a colour copy only in these circumstances.   However, if you print a mostly mono document that contains a web-link or email address, Word will have produced that text in colour, which the Xerox will detect.  If you wish to force mono-only for your copies regardless of the original, then you can change any of the set defaults for the job you’re doing from the Copy screen itself.  If you’d like any of the defaults permanently changed, then log a call for Print & Copy Services to make the change permanent.
