FAQ 963
I have been sent a request for more information, what does that mean?

A request for more information means that we need more detail with regards to the reason for you absence and we would like to see evidence to support it, before it is approved. In many cases, if 'illness' is the reason supplied, a request for more information means that we would like to receive a medical certificate.

I look forward to hearing from you so we can ensure you are fully supported and your studies are not affected.
