I cannot log in to ePDR

Check the web address is correct: epdr.exeter.ac.uk. Check you are using your University SSO username and password.  If you are off campus, ensure you are connecting via VPN and that you have downloaded the most up to date Pulse Secure Client software - the latest versions are set out on the website together with instructions on how to connect. 

If you require further assistance please log an enquiry in SID under the "Off Site or Homeworking Access" category. 

Do not use the grey "log enquiry" button above as that will send the enquiry to the wrong team to resolve.

If the matter is urgent then please follow up your enquiry by calling the SID Team on 0300 555 0444 quoting your enquiry number.

We recommend that you use Chrome as your browser for best results of using this system and if you are based at KSpa, Exeter Halls or the Science Park we recommend you use a wired connection.  If you are based at RILD and are using the NHS network you will need to use VPN to access the system.  Users at our Penryn Campus will need to be connected to either the UoE wired network or the UoE Secure WiFi network, they will not be able to connect from the eduroam WiFi network.
