FAQ 724
I think that I will receive a National Scholarship Programme (NSP) Fee Waiver. How much Tuition Fee Loan should I apply for?

If you think that you may be entitled to a National Scholarship Programme Fee Waiver, it is still advisable to apply for the maximum Tuition Fee Loan available (ie £9,000), if you are relying on this loan to cover the rest of your fees.

If you are eligible for an NSP Fee Waiver and have applied for too much Tuition Fee Loan, the University will contact the Student Loans Company and inform them of the amount of loan now required, so you will not end up taking out more loan than you need.

For more information, visit the NSP Fee Waiver page in the Student Finance website.
