Once the Vice Chancellor has approved the recommendation of your award and you have submitted the final copy of your thesis, Postgraduate Administration will write to confirm the award of your degree. This will be typically within three months, but may be before or after this depending on the time of year.
You will also be asked to confirm if you wish to attend a degree ceremony or receive your degree in absentia. If you want to attend Graduation, you must register before the deadline advised in the email communication - late registration for Graduation is rarely possible.
