How do I print A3 size sheets at a Xerox device?
Please note that only the larger Xerox devices offer A3 printing.
Firstly, in the printer properties dialogue box select the ‘Paper/Output’ tab in ‘Printer Properties’. Next, click on the down-arrow to right of the ‘Paper’ box. Select ‘Other size’, and in the ‘Output paper size’ select ‘A3’.
Finally, select ‘Automatically scale’ in ‘Scale options’ and ‘OK’.
